About Us

Experienced professionals with over 20+ years in Environmental Consulting/Industrial Hygiene, we excel in proactive, detail-oriented, performance-driven approaches.
Our team specializes in asbestos, lead, and mold surveys, indoor air quality evaluations, occupational exposure monitoring, health and safety plans, litigation support, and various environmental health services. We serve contractors, facility managers, real estate groups, healthcare professionals, attorneys, insurance companies, school districts, construction sites, and government agencies across Southern California, the Bay Area, and Arizona.
We've conducted numerous comprehensive indoor air quality investigations covering mold, bacteria, particulate matter, asbestos, lead, allergens, volatile organic compounds, solvents, meth contamination assessments, and more. For residential, commercial, and healthcare sites, we handle all on-site asbestos, mold, and lead-related projects, including building surveys, inspections, air monitoring, and contractor observation.
Our staff includes NIOSH 582 trained analysts for PCM analysis, proficient in conducting X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) lead paint testing statewide. We've also performed wildfire smoke impact assessments in Southern California for various insurance companies. Additionally, we've provided respiratory protection training and fit testing for healthcare facilities statewide and safety-specific training for healthcare facilities in Northern California.
For complex litigation claims, we offer litigation support and oversight, crafting detailed compliance reports with thorough investigative research, sampling, data interpretation, and conclusive recommendations.
